In 2011 Dove was asked to host the legendary Spice of Life Blues Jam in Soho. His music and the musicians he plays and records with evolved and developed out of that thriving Soho blues and new music scene, manifesting as a band, The Connection, in 2017.

The band was founded on the principle of group consciousness and making connections to ideas and audience members through extended improvisation within set frameworks of songs.

 Their debut album, NAMASTE, marks a milestone in their journey, blending heartfelt lyrics with rich melodies that embody themes of spiritual growth, connection, and positivity.
